Předem podotýkám, že jsem zákazníkem comfort energy a mám s nimi dobré zkušenosti, protože jim platím míń než původně a zasnamenal jsem z jejich strany pouze solidní jednání.

Naopak bych řekl, že tento dokument ukazuje jak obchodník vše vysvětlil, protože jasně popisuje kdo je dodavatel a kdo distributor a necelém dokumentu nevidím špatného. A nějaké přeškrtnutí nemá na dokument žádný vliv pokud přímo u tohoto přešktnutí nebou podpisy a datum tak je absolutně nepostatné, protože to by si jinak mohl každý čmárat do smluv jak by se mu líbilo.

Souhlasím s pane Borkem, jsem u Comfort energy sice krátce, abych vyhodnocoval výhodnost, ale slušný přístup jejich obchodníka mohu potvrdit, proto mě i přesvědčil, abych je vyzkoušel. Jejich obchodník se mi představil a uvedl, že je z Comfort energy. Ale zaznamenal jsem informaci, že někteří obchodníci od alternativních dodavatelů se zašťiťují například Čezem apod. Tady v tom dokumentu je jasně vysvětleno, že ten člověk se za nikoho neskrýval.
